From a change of light fitting through to a full rewire, we cover all aspects of electrical work. We attach the same value to your main asset, your home, as you yourself. We work closely with our clients to ensure that all our work meets expectations, one of our main working principles being that after we have completed our work, you should never know we've been. We have extensive experience of working on older and period properties and are well-placed to advise on installation of period-appropriate fittings.

Electrical Inspection Condition Reports (EICRs)

The introduction of the Electrical Safety Standards in the Private Rented Sector (England) Regulations 2020 mean that landlords are required to have the electrical installations in their properties inspected and tested by a person who is qualified and competent, at an interval of at least every 5 years. We offer a comprehensive EICR service, including tests and inspections all parts of the consumer unit and of every circuit. We provide a full written report which will highlight any areas that may need further attention.

 

Portable Appliance Testing 

We are qualified Portable Appliance Testers, providing peace-of-mind to landlords and reassurance to tenants that electrical items are in fit-for-purpose condition. We provide certificates and tabulated test data, meaning that future test cycles can be undertaken methodically and promptly.

Small Building Works

Through a range of ancillary skills to our main electrical work, we are able to offer fully-managed small building projects. Working closely with like-minded tradespeople and craftspeople to ourselves, we can offer a tailored service to suit any budget.
